If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. For all returns, we give you a full 30 days to request a return. This 30-day window starts when the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting a return, our customer support staff will contact you with return instructions. You must ship your return within 7 days of receiving these instructions.

If a product you receive is damaged during shipment such that it cannot be reasonably used (i.e. products containing glass), or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately.

Send the remaining portion of the product in its original package, and include all paperwork/accessories.
